As a Senior Consultant, you will lead change management projects, work closely with clients instrumentally, and represent our work to stakeholders. Our OCM practice focuses on helping clients navigate technological change, and we're seeking someone with expertise in change management methodologies, communication, and teamwork.
The ideal candidate will have experience in change management projects, preferably in large, multinational projects within a consulting context. They should also have knowledge of agile methods, training, and practical experience in various industries. Self-motivation, independence, and the ability to work in a matrix team structure are essential.
