Welcome Management Employee

Join the Porsche team at the Porsche Zentrum Dortmund as a Welcome Management Employee.

You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm welcome and individual support. Your tasks will include:

• Greeting and serving customers
• Coordinating customer reception and directing them to the relevant colleagues
• Ensuring top-class catering for our clients in the waiting area
• Maintaining and presenting products in the Porsche Lifestyle Store
• Keeping the reception and waiting areas clean and tidy
• Supporting the service team with organisational tasks

Requirements:

• Completed training, preferably in hospitality or gastronomy
• Excellent communication skills and demeanour
• Empathy and enjoyment when interacting with people
• High level of service orientation and strong communication skills
• Good organisational abilities and attention to detail with a focus on personalised care
• Strong teamwork, reliability, flexibility, and resilience
• High level of commitment, including flexible working hours and rotating Saturday shifts
• Excellent comprehension skills
• Good English language skills
• Class B driving licence advantageous
