Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Roadrunner

The Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Roadrunner, will own the entire manufacturing value-chain for Roadrunner, from current rate to high-volume deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Drive Design for Manufacturability (DFM) feedback into design
• Innovate tool design and selection
• Create and optimize high-rate production lines
• Foster strategic vendor partnerships
• Embed robust quality assurance throughout
• Document build processes meticulously

Requirements:

• Degree in a technical field (engineering, math, or hard science)
• 6+ years of experience in a relevant field, preferably manufacturing or design of electromechanical hardware
• Demonstrated ability to deliver electromechanical hardware in a resource-constrained environment
• World-class mission assurance, quality, attention to detail, and dedication
• Genuine interest in manufacturing and thirst for learning

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to aircraft programs or aerospace & defense technologies
• Software scripting experience
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)
• Familiarity with J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, and IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards
