Field Sales Activator (Merchandiser)

We are seeking a Field Sales Activator (Merchandiser) to join our team in Munich.

As a Field Sales Activator, you will be responsible for promoting the Red Bull brand and products to customers in the retail, petrol station, and gaming industries.

Key responsibilities:

• Present the Red Bull brand in its best light at customer outlets
• Ensure that stores are well-stocked with Red Bull products and that distribution is maintained at all points of sale
• Build strong relationships with existing customers and acquire new ones
• Support field sales managers with promotional activities and agreements

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training
• Fluent German language skills
• Basic knowledge of commercial topics
• Experience in the German FMCG industry is beneficial but not required
• Valid driver's license (Class B)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
