Description
CoreWeave is seeking a Technology Design Manager (Data Centers) to lead and manage the design process for its data center projects.
The successful candidate will oversee the work of data center providers and ensure that designs meet CoreWeave's project requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the design and coordination of multiple data center projects
- Acting as the primary point of contact for design-related matters
- Coordinating with internal teams and external consultants
- Ensuring designs align with project requirements and are executed to meet performance, efficiency, and scalability standards
- Providing ongoing support during the construction phase
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (MEP discipline preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in data center engineering or design
- Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure systems
- Experience with large-scale, high-density data centers and cloud infrastructure
- Proven ability to manage complex projects
- Excellent communication skills
