Description

We are seeking a skilled FP&A Analyst to join our team in Cairo on a temporary contract.

As a key member of our Finance team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the FP&A team in preparing annual budgets and monthly forecasts by collaborating with cross-functional departments to gather required financial information.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting:
  • Support the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and cost drivers
  • Contribute to improving forecast accuracy through ongoing financial analysis and insights
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis:
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, including variance analysis and commentary on business performance
  • Maintain and update financial models, reporting tools, and databases to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information
  • Provide analytical support to business stakeholders to inform decision-making
  • Process Improvement & Strategic Projects:
  • Identify opportunities to improve FP&A processes, reporting efficiency, and team effectiveness
  • Support initiatives that enhance the budgeting and reporting process while contributing to a sustainable team workload and work-life balance
  • Participate in finance transformation projects, including the Tracking Tools Transformation initiative

  • Analyze and monitor cost drivers to support business performance
  • Improve the FP&A team's operational efficiency and work-life balance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
  • Analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail and ability to interpret data effectively
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, experience with financial modeling and analysis tools is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and strategically
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Power BI experience is a plus
