Description
You will join Airbnb's Escalations team, based in Gurugram. As a member of this team, you will own the resolution of high-stakes issues raised directly to the CEO and Executive Team, delivering "unreasonable hospitality" by balancing urgency, empathy, and fairness.
A typical day in this role will involve master high-stakes customer resolutions, conducting investigative deep dives, creating transformative customer experiences, and delivering empathy-led advocacy.
