Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at our Farmers Branch location. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement treatment plans to help them recover from injuries or manage chronic conditions. You will also educate patients on proper exercise techniques and provide guidance on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' medical histories and current conditions to determine the best course of treatment
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patients' needs
• Conduct physical therapy sessions with patients, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions
• Educate patients on proper exercise techniques and provide guidance on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle
• Communicate with patients' physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Texas
• Ability to work effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, push, and pull patients as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in an outpatient rehabilitation setting
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices in physical therapy
• Certification in a specialty area such as orthopedics or sports physical therapy
