Staff Product Manager, Agent Platform

Job Summary

Join Temporal as a Staff Product Manager for Agent Platform, defining the product experience for developers building AI agents on the most durable execution platform in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product experience for developers building and running AI agents on Temporal.
• Shape the strategy for internal agent platforms, driving multi-agent orchestration roadmap and establishing success metrics.
• Partner closely with AI engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Developer Relations to ensure developer success.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Deep AI and agent domain knowledge.
• Developer empathy and platform product thinking.
• Experience shipping developer tools and distributed systems literacy.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with agent architectures, Temporal or workflow engine experience, and open-source community experience.

Compensation

• Estimated salary range: $185,000 - $260,000.
• Eligible to participate in Temporal's equity plan.
