Description
As a member of our team, you will work on the virtual validation of battery systems, combustion engines, and hybrid drives using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and finite element methods (FEM). Your tasks will include:
- Performing 3D CFD simulations and structural analyses (FEM) for battery systems and combustion engines using commercial software
- Automating simulation processes using scripts
- Developing and improving our simulation and optimisation methods
The internship will start in June and last for 6 months. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and international team, with experienced colleagues who will guide and support you throughout your project.
We offer a competitive salary and a range of benefits, including flexible working hours and mobile learning opportunities. Our team is committed to innovation and excellence, and we are looking for talented individuals who share our passion for technology and engineering.
To be eligible for this internship, you should have a technical or natural sciences degree (e.g. mechanical engineering, simulation technology, physics, computer science) and be in your third semester or have completed your bachelor's degree. You should also have a strong interest in simulation and analysis, as well as experience with CAE software (e.g. Siemens Simcenter Star-CCM+, Permas, Abaqus, ANSA).
If you are a motivated and creative individual who is passionate about technology and engineering, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Please note that this is a paid internship, and you will receive a monthly stipend. You will also have the opportunity to work on real-world projects and contribute to the development of new technologies.
We look forward to receiving your application!
