Work as a Physical Therapist in a friendly multi-disciplined environment. Develop your interest areas and aid in the recovery and improvement of clients' mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities.
Utilize tools and techniques to administer physical therapy interventions following safeguards. Document clients' information for evaluation; establish therapeutic plans and modify them if necessary. Educate clients and their family members about treatment plans/schedules and self-exercises to be continued at home.
May treat individuals of all ages with varying diagnoses and disorders. Demonstrate documentation in accordance with departmental guidelines and meet all regulatory requirements. Participate in activities to promote the department, Good Samaritan Society, and Sanford Health.
Based on facility needs and assigned locations, may focus on those receiving intervention in the post-acute, long-term care, and home health care environments.
