Description
We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team at Good Samaritan. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a flexible schedule and no nights or weekends. You will work with a dynamic team to provide physical therapy programs that help clients/patients/residents recover and improve their mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities.
Your responsibilities will include conducting examinations, evaluations, and interventions for clients/patients/residents affected by injury or disease. You will also document client information, establish therapeutic plans, and modify them as necessary. Additionally, you will educate clients/patients/residents and their family members about treatment plans and self-exercises to be continued at home.
As a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals of all ages with varying diagnoses and disorders. You will demonstrate documentation in accordance with departmental guidelines and meet all regulatory requirements. You will also participate in activities to promote the department, Good Samaritan Society, and Sanford Health.
We offer a competitive salary range of $24.00 - $62.00 per hour, depending on experience, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. You will also have opportunities for ongoing education and training in your area of expertise.
