Description
We are looking for a Customer Service & Operations Intern to join our team in Milan, Italy.
As a Customer Service & Operations Intern, you will support the Operations & Customer Service team in their daily activities, contributing to the management of car orders, customer requests, and continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities
Customer Service & Customer Experience
- Provide front-line customer support through Polestar channels under the supervision of a manager
- Manage customer cases, focusing on C-SAT and SLA compliance (response and handling times)
- Collaborate remotely to resolve technical and software issues according to Polestar guidelines
- Assist with sending welcome packs and related reporting
Operations
- Support activities related to new and used car deliveries, including registration, ownership transfers, and presentations to authorities
- Help plan and monitor logistics activities related to vehicle transport and delivery
- Assist with internal fleet management, including bodywork interventions and auditing
- Communicate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timeliness and quality standards
- Analyse operational data and help prepare presentations and internal documentation
Requirements
- Currently studying or recently graduated
- Strong customer orientation and results-driven approach
- Interest in the automotive industry
- Fluent Italian (written and spoken); English B2
- Valid driver's license (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills
Duration and Selection Process We apply a continuous selection process, and the position will remain open until filled. The contract has an initial duration of 6 months, with the possibility of renewal. This offer is aimed at curricular interns.
