Description
A Deployment Strategist is responsible for uncovering dots and connecting them to turn a customer's hunch into reality. This role involves working with customers to understand their data needs, identifying relevant datasets, and integrating data into a stable and extensible pipeline. The ideal candidate will have a curious and analytical mindset, a sharp intuition for product, and strong user empathy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Meeting with customer analysts to understand critical questions and pain points
- Identifying relevant datasets through deep engagement with customer problems and workflows
- Working with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate data into a pipeline
- Building bespoke workflows for new user groups
- Leading training sessions to ensure product meets user needs
- Presenting results and proposals to various audiences
The successful candidate will be able to take on open-ended problems in unstructured environments, be adaptive and introspective, and have experience with programming, scripting, or statistical packages.
