You identify with the following tasks:
- Processing incoming orders and ordering new, demonstration, and used vehicles
- Organising and controlling vehicle deliveries and vehicle transfers
- Managing and maintaining customer and internal vehicle records, including the internal control system (ICS)
- Controlling and maintaining vehicle and order stocks and reporting
- Maintaining vehicle relationships in relevant systems
- Creating sales provisions
- Handling manufacturer incentives and sales programs
- Supporting monthly and annual closings
- Supporting the implementation of vehicle inventories
- Taking over administrative tasks in the sales environment
- Communicating and coordinating with internal and external partners
- Coordinating tasks within the team
- Monitoring production and delivery dates
- Change management for vehicle orders considering the respective phases
- Checking invoices (manufacturer invoices, transport costs, etc.)
- Planning and controlling vehicle allocations
- Handling international business for new, demonstration, and used vehicles
- Monitoring and processing open items
- Actively participating in the development of processes and workflows in the coordination department
- Identifying optimisation potential and submitting improvement suggestions
- Supporting the introduction of new structures, processes, and digital solutions
- Taking over responsibility for special tasks and projects within the task area
