We are looking for an exceptional Associate Medical Director/Principal, Payer Partnerships to support our health plan relationships, external thought leadership strategy, and continue expanding our provider network impact.
As the only tech-enabled behavioural health MSO built with entirely in-house software, Headway has an unprecedented opportunity in the clinical space. Today, we support more than 70,000 clinicians and hundreds of thousands of patients.
The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a clinician with experience operating in a fast-paced, high-growth business. They will also have 2+ years of experience working in payer or partnership roles, ideally in technology environments.
Key responsibilities include supporting Headway health plan partnerships and strategy, promoting external relations with payers through relationship building, presentations/reporting, sales meetings, and conference participation, and driving creative, innovative, exploratory data analyses to prove patient outcomes, generate novel insights, shape strategic direction, and demonstrate scientific and strategic value to customers.
The expected base pay range for this position is $179,200 - $280,000, based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
