Here's your chance to join Porsche. Porsche Zentrum Chemnitz is seeking a Service Advisor to strengthen our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the Porsche Service Core Process is followed, including scheduling appointments, preparing vehicles for service, and delivering high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Follow the Porsche Service Core Process to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
• Perform direct vehicle intake and provide customers with information about necessary work
• Explain repair costs and services to customers
• Manage external orders and coordinate with internal teams
• Actively sell service packages, parts, and accessories
• Maintain and develop customer relationships

Requirements:

• Completed training in a commercial or technical field, preferably with a Kfz-Meister certification
• Several years of experience as a Service Advisor
• Familiarity with Porsche products and models is desirable
• Self-motivated, structured, and reliable work style
• Excellent communication and team skills
• Strong customer service orientation and passion for the Porsche brand
• Valid driver's license (Class B)
• Proficiency in standard IT applications such as DMS, CRM, MS Office, and the internet
