Description
Anduril Industries is seeking a Contract Manager to join our rapidly growing team in Atlanta, GA or Huntsville, AL.
As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for contracts management across multiple types of Government and commercial contracts. You will perform contracting work related to your assigned Business Line, requiring knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and government contracting process.
Key responsibilities include:
- Executing contract management throughout the life of each contract
- Supporting preparation of proposals
- Assisting in identification, development, and implementation of new contract policies and processes
- Completing contract review and acceptance
- Overseeing and preparing contract proposal planning and management
- Ensuring compliance with government regulations, legal requirements, and company policies
- Maintaining an audit file for each contract
- Providing contract summaries and ensuring contract execution in accordance with government and company policies
- Managing the contract close-out process for all government and commercial contracts
- Cultivating strong relationships with internal and external customers
- Providing contractual guidance and risk mitigation strategies
The successful candidate will have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, government, or a related field
- Experience with full life cycle contract management for CPFF, FFP, and T&M government and commercial contracts
- Strong working knowledge of US Government contracting, including FAR/DFARS experience
- U.S. Person status
- Ability to obtain and hold a U.S. Secret security clearance
Preferred qualifications include:
- NCMA Certifications (CPCM, CFCM, or CCCM)
- Graduate degree in business, government, or a related field
- Current U.S. Secret security clearance
In terms of compensation, the salary range for this role is $111,000-$147,000 USD. Anduril also offers top-tier benefits for full-time employees, including comprehensive health, recovery, and wellness programs.
