Physical Therapist - Outpatient

As a physical therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover and improve their mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities. You will diagnose and treat individuals with conditions that limit their ability to move and work to improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement physical therapy programs to help patients recover and improve their mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities
• Document patient information for evaluation and analysis
• Educate patients and their family members about treatment plans, schedules, and self-exercises to be continued at home
• Demonstrate documentation in accordance with departmental guidelines and meet all regulatory requirements
• Analyze and record the therapeutic progress of patients; recommend necessary adjustments
• Follow guidelines, regulations, standards, and safety procedures in the therapy process
