We are seeking three Junior AI Solutions / Product Engineers to support our AI adoption project in a business unit on a fixed-term contract basis. The project aims to transform current processes and has a high impact.
Junior AI Solutions Engineer Role Support the development of AI-driven tools and solutions to improve internal workflows. Help prototype and test scalable automation and productivity tools. Work with internal teams to transition successful pilots into more established solutions.
Qualifications: Advanced degree in AI or a related discipline. Practical experience applying AI is preferred. Prior exposure to Financial Markets is preferred.
Junior Data Engineer Role Support the development of data pipelines that bring together multiple internal and external data sources. Help structure and maintain a centralised, queryable data environment. Assist with data quality, cleansing, matching, and reporting processes. Work with internal teams on broader data infrastructure initiatives.
Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. Previous experience in SQL. Previous experience creating data pipelines.
Junior AI Product Analyst Role Support adoption of AI and data tools across global business teams. Document processes and prepare training materials for internal tools and workflows. Gather and organise user feedback, and help translate it into practical improvement opportunities. Produce ad hoc analysis and reporting to reduce manual workload and improve efficiency.
Qualifications: Advanced degree in AI or a related discipline. Practical experience working with users, understanding requirements and helping to implement practical solutions. Excellent communication skills.
