Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at our Holly, MI location.

As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
• Develop and implement treatment plans to address patient needs and goals
• Provide hands-on therapy to patients, including exercises, stretches, and modalities
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure effective care
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Michigan
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with patients with neurological conditions
• Certification in a specialty area, such as sports or pediatric physical therapy
