As a Warehouse Supervisor, you'll play a key role in supporting the safe, accurate, and efficient operation of the warehouse. This is a permanent full-time position, working Monday to Friday from 6:54 am to 3:00 pm, with a competitive base pay rate of $33.54 per hour.
Lush Manufacturing is located in Villawood, Sydney, with Leightonfield station just a short walk away for those commuting by train. In this role, you'll supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring tasks are clearly communicated, prioritized, and KPIs are achieved. You'll also coach and develop team members, fostering a positive and accountable culture.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Supervising daily warehouse operations
- Coaching and developing team members
- Ensuring accurate stock management
- Driving team performance through regular feedback and training
- Maintaining accurate inventory
- Ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Overseeing Dangerous Goods (DG) handling, documentation, and compliance
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and promoting a strong health, safety, and wellbeing culture
