Senior DFX Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Senior DFX Infrastructure Engineer to join our DFX group. As a member of this team, you will develop the next generation of scalable, detailed tools and workflows to support various Silicon bringup and FA teams.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Building, developing, testing, and deploying internal infrastructure tools for ATE test vector release and fail analysis/diagnosis flows
• Working with DFT or equivalent experience, ATE bringup, Silicon FA teams
• Building regression testcases to ensure flow robustness
• Supporting silicon bringup teams to ensure Bringup success
• Developing code to integrate new features into current tools
• Resolving tool bugs, check in and deploy fixes

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• In-depth ATE knowledge, with a strong desire for Advantest 93k knowledge and the ability to use AI assistant tools
• Excellent Perl, Python scripting skills, with C++ knowledge being a plus
• A track record of consistently producing original scripts and code
• Familiarity with SSN scan architecture and diagnostics flow
• The ability to debug existing internal code base
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members and other teams
