A competitive salary and excellent on-target earnings with a car or allowance are offered for this Field Sales Executive role in Liverpool.

The role involves creating, managing, developing, and maintaining a pipeline of new business opportunities to deliver profitable revenue growth for the small to medium-sized customer division. As a member of the new business team, you will manage and influence day-to-day and strategic issues.

Key responsibilities include proactively and reactively selling profitable new business within a territory to meet set KPIs and targets, achieving and exceeding monthly new business targets, and managing a sales territory and creating prospect lists for business opportunities.

You will be responsible for reporting calls, leads, quotes, and contract activity on to the Company Operating System, producing and presenting personal performance reports, and liaising with Regional Commercial Manager/Depot Manager/Regional General Manager to determine sales offensives within the region.

As the primary interface between Biffa and target customers, you will be responsible for door-to-door sales prospecting and pricing negotiations.

Essential requirements include experience of generating a sales pipeline and working to 100% new business, a proven track record in sales, and consistent overachievement of sales targets.
