Description
You will lead continuous improvement, digital transformation, and data governance across Group Engineering through the effective use of Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
The role involves developing and enhancing reporting, automation, asset management, project tracking, and performance analytics solutions to improve efficiency, compliance, visibility, and decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and enhancing Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards, and reporting tools
- Designing and maintaining Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, SharePoint solutions, and Microsoft Lists
- Supporting and optimising engineering systems, including FleetWave, D365, and telematics platforms
- Delivering analytics on asset utilisation, idle time, fuel consumption, and maintenance trends
- Driving continuous improvement through automation, system integration, and digital transformation initiatives
- Ensuring engineering data, asset registers, and compliance records remain accurate and controlled
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Advanced Microsoft Power Platform capability
- Experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports
- Experience using Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Microsoft Lists
- Experience working with engineering, operational, maintenance, or asset management data
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement
