Description
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient Rehab team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement treatment plans to improve mobility and function. You will also educate patients and their families on proper techniques,classify dysfunctions, and provide individualized care.
Responsibilities: Assess patients' physical abilities and develop treatment plans to address their needs Conduct physical therapy sessions, including exercises, stretches, and manual therapy Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and safety precautions Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements: Master's degree in Physical Therapy Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in an outpatient rehab setting Certification in a specialty area, such as sports medicine or pediatrics
