Advanced Data Analyst - EA SPORTS™ FC

Electronic Arts is seeking an Advanced Data Analyst to join the FC Data & Analytics team. The successful candidate will lead the Experimentation program for FC Premium Analytics and collaborate with data, production, and product management partners to drive informed decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with production teams to define telemetry requirements
• Design and implement player-facing experimentation
• Write and maintain complex SQL and scripting workflows
• Build and maintain scalable dashboards
• Explore user behavioral patterns through experimentation
• Present analytical findings to stakeholders
• Act as a subject-matter expert in experimentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of technical experience in data analytics
• Expert knowledge in leading an experimentation function for a live product
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization software
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or R
