Description
As a Management Associate at IMSA, you will contribute across the entire organisation by working with executive leadership, departmental leadership, and other senior staff. Your duties will be grounded within the Member Services and Competition realm of the business, but you will work across and contribute to multiple departments and disciplines.
Responsibilities include: Gaining knowledge of operations Supporting various aspects of the business Attending and scheduling meetings Creating and editing documents Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations Participating in various events, meetings, calls, and other learning opportunities Taking detailed notes and liaising with senior staff and management Observing and learning from experienced team members Gaining knowledge of and contributing to company policies, procedures, and protocols Preparing and updating documents Managing incoming and outgoing phone and email communications Scheduling meetings and calls Planning/executing meetings Maintaining proficiency in social media platforms Managing travel profiles, booking travel, and making arrangements Creating and editing reports, documents, and presentation materials Engaging in social media/digital special projects Occasional travel to events Approximate travel 20% including weekend travel and occasional multiday travel
