Talent Acquisition Partner - Commercial Roles

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our commercial team at Red Bull's global headquarters in Elsbethen, Austria.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for finding and attracting top talent to join our sales team. You will lead the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring timely and high-quality hires. Your goal will be to build a strong employer brand and provide an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the recruitment process for sales roles, ensuring timely and high-quality hires
• Develop and implement targeted talent attraction initiatives to attract top talent
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and efficient processes

Requirements:

• Completed degree in HR, Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in human resources with a focus on recruiting and talent acquisition, preferably in the FMCG sector and international context
• Excellent English language skills, German language skills a plus
• Proven experience as a recruiter with a passion for talent acquisition and a deep understanding of the sales industry
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven approach
