Senior Meta Ads Copywriter

We're looking for a senior Meta ads copywriter to join our team. As a direct-response copywriter, you will write ads for a $50M ARR AI-education business, focusing on high-volume Meta campaigns.

Responsibilities

You will write ads that stop the scroll, build desire, handle objections, and make people click. Your tasks will include:

• Writing Facebook and Instagram video ad scripts (hooks, body, CTA)
• Creating static ad copy (headline, body, CTA)
• Developing UGC-style scripts for on-camera talent
• Producing short-form ad variants and angle iterations
• Supporting landing page and funnel copy as needed

How We Work

• Volume and iteration are prioritised over creating one 'perfect' ad
• Hooks are crucial, followed by body copy and a clear CTA
• The direct-response cadence is brief → write → ship → test → iterate
• Speed is essential; we run 100+ ads per week

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience writing performance ads for Facebook and Instagram
• Personal experience with accounts having $500K+ in tracked Meta ad spend
• A portfolio of real ads you personally wrote, verifiable in the Meta Ads Library, with performance data
• Deep understanding of hooks, mechanisms, objections, proof, and buyer psychology
• Experience in info-product, coaching, online education, agency-services, or ecommerce
• Ability to write fast and efficiently
