Loader Operative

You will work as a Loader Operative, collecting bins, boxes and bags from householders and emptying them onto a waste collection vehicle. You will also carry out street cleansing activities such as sweeping and litter picking. This is a great job if you like to work outdoors in a role where you can make a difference to the local environment and communities.

As a Loader Operative, you will be part of a crew and work as part of a team. You will receive on-the-job training with our in-house team and have access to Biffa Perkz, which offers high street discounts for you and your family.

Responsibilities:
