Description
The Daytona International Speedway Ticket Office is seeking Ticket Operations Associates to assist in ticket sales and support. As a Ticket Operations Associate, you will provide customer service, product upsell, and order processing via telephone, mail, and walk-ups. Responsibilities include assisting with the sales and service of DIS daily tours, practicing needs-based selling techniques, continually learning new events, promotions, sales techniques, and operational materials, creating, selling, and processing a DAYTONA EXPERIENCE via ticket software, operating computer, calculator, copier, and/or other office machines, and assisting with offsite ticket sales/promotions.
This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to provide exceptional customer service, previous cash and credit card handling skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to communicate in an effective and professional manner. You will also need to have a flexible schedule, able to work evenings and weekends.
As a Ticket Operations Associate, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with a variety of events and activities taking place throughout the year. You will have the opportunity to work with a close-knit team and contribute to the success of the Daytona International Speedway.
