Sales Development Representative UK&I

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the sales, marketing, and partner teams to innovate strategies that increase our sales pipeline and business expansion;
• Balance promptly addressing user inquiries and proactively seeking new business engagements;
• Use tools like Salesforce, Marketo, and LinkedIn to research prospective accounts, pinpoint key decision-makers, and craft compelling communications;
• Immerse yourself in learning the vast capabilities of Elastic technology to converse with our client persona, guiding them on how Elastic solutions can meet their objectives and drive their businesses forward.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of Sales/SDR experience;
• Receptive towards feedback, with an appetite for personal growth;
• Gifted at engaging with potential new clients via a multi-channel approach;
• Motivated to meet and surpass targets;
• Inspired to contribute to a vision and community that extends beyond individual ambitions;
• Native or fluent English speaker.

Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary plus a variable component. The typical starting On-Target Earnings range (Base Salary + Variable) for this role is: €38,700-€61,300 EUR.
