Robot pilot - TEMPORARY position

We are seeking virtual reality teleoperators to join our new data collection initiative. As a robot pilot, you will use a virtual reality headset to remotely control robotic arms, performing tasks such as packing and moving objects. Your actions will generate high-quality training data used to teach AI models to operate autonomously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spend most of your workday using a virtual reality headset (Meta Quest) to control a robotic arm for repetitive physical tasks.
• Follow precise instructions to ensure consistent and accurate data collection.
• Commit to full attendance during scheduled weeks, as constant data flow is critical for these specific test phases.
• Immediately report any hardware or connection issues to your onsite supervisor.

Requirements:

• Ability to use virtual reality headsets for extended periods (several hours a day).
• Availability to work in our Mexico City office throughout the assigned week.
• Capacity to maintain high levels of concentration while performing repetitive tasks.
• Ability to follow strict operational flows without deviations.

Desirable Requirements:

• Previous experience with video games or virtual reality simulations.
• Experience in factories, assembly lines, or data capture roles where consistency is key.

Benefits:

• $3,500 per complete week
• Performance bonus
• Contract for July and August
• Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
