Physical Therapist - Outpatient

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient therapy team at Aspirus Langlade Hospital in Antigo, WI. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, accountable, collaborative, and have foresight and joy.

The outpatient rehab center has private evaluation and treatment rooms, a large gym area with contemporary exercise equipment, and the modalities and tools needed to ensure all patient needs are met. The facility is adjacent to a state-of-the-art 18,000 square foot medical-based fitness facility available for treatment options, as well as pre-and post-therapy program continuation.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical abilities and create personalized treatment plans
• Implement treatment plans using various techniques, exercises, and modalities
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from a school of Physical Therapy accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)
• Current Wisconsin licensure to practice Physical Therapy
• Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire

This position is full-time, working 1.0 FTE/80 hours every two weeks on day shift hours.
