As a Marketing Events & Partner Success (Fintech) - Intern, you'll support end-to-end event planning and execution from conceptualization to on-site coordination. You'll assist with onboarding roles, assist partners, merchants, and vendors on their onboarding accounts.
Job Scope
Event Planning & Execution
- Support end-to-end event planning, from conceptualization to execution and post-event evaluation.
- Assist in on-site event coordination to ensure smooth and successful delivery.
- Coordinate logistics, timelines, and resources with internal teams and external partners.
- Prepare post-event reports, insights, and performance summaries.
Event Marketing & Promotion
- Assist in promoting events through multiple channels, including social media platforms and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams on marketing content and campaign execution.
- Act as the point of contact for pre-event and post-event social media coordination, including content scheduling and uploads.
Business & Event Knowledge
- Develop a strong understanding of Fiuu's event portfolio, including corporate, social, and cultural events.
- Identify and address the unique requirements and objectives of each event type.
Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, clients, and partners.
- Act as a key point of contact to ensure client needs and expectations are met.
- Deliver clear, timely, and professional communication throughout the event lifecycle.
Vendor & Partner Coordination
- Serve as the primary liaison for event vendors and partners.
- Coordinate vendor requirements and ensure deliverables are met on time.
- Address inquiries or issues promptly and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
Merchant Onboarding & Operations
- Manage the end-to-end merchant onboarding lifecycle, including document collection, verification, and processing.
- Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, and IT teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Coordinate onboarding requirements with partners and vendors where applicable.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of merchant documentation, agreements, and submissions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support operational requests, including MRP, PF, and merchant-related activities.
- Assist in process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client experience.
