Job Summary
This role focuses on growing and reporting on the local organic performance of our agent websites (agents.farmers.com). The successful candidate will report to the SEO Lead.
Responsibilities
- Develop action plans and deadlines, assign tasks to other individuals, track project status, test, and evaluate quality assurance of products and promotions.
- Direct and work on complex projects and develop results-oriented solutions for various distribution channels.
- Display a leadership role on and off projects.
- Train and lead new team members.
- Utilize expertise and skills to complete project assignments in several areas, i.e., Commissions, Agency Training, Agency Contracts, Value-Added, Field Marketing Management, etc.
Essential Job Functions
- This candidate will focus on local SEO efforts for our agents including the agents.farmers.com website as well as local listings like Google Business Profile.
- They will be responsible for coordinating with our website vendor, distribution team, and content to grow traffic and increase the number of organic leads for our agents.
