As a Sales Assistant in our Exeter store, you'll be the face of the store, welcoming customers and providing a fun, engaging shopping experience. You'll use your product knowledge to offer personalised recommendations, perform product demonstrations, and hand out tailored samples. You'll work closely with your team to drive sales, exceed targets, and create memorable in-store events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming store environment
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalised recommendations
• Deliver exceptional customer service using in-depth product knowledge
• Assist in hosting in-store events
