Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at our Summerville, SC location. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement treatment plans to help them recover from injuries or manage chronic conditions. You will conduct initial evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, and provide ongoing care to patients. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $76k - $99k.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations to assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Provide ongoing care to patients, including manual therapy, exercise instruction, and education on proper body mechanics
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans
