Description
We are seeking a Business Extension Consultant Senior to join our team in Sao Paulo, Brazil. As a Business Extension Consultant Senior, you will be responsible for analysing the performance of parts, accessories, and wholesale pieces of distributors, supporting their technical and commercial training needs, and monitoring critical cases of clients observed in the field.
Your primary objective will be to stimulate distributors to increase their activity in other revenue sources, such as service and parts. You will work closely with other departments at Ford to achieve this goal.
Responsibilities:
- Develop plans with distributors to correct distortions, maintain focus, and apply best practices
- Analyse financial situation (PEF, ROS, margins, revenues, and expenses)
- Monitor PEF and its results
- Utilize best practices from regional PEF results to develop action plans with distributors
- Discuss and analyse various revenues and expenses
- Compose margin by product or department
- Monitor and suggest ways to maximise margin and profitability of distributors
- Plan medium and long-term (PACC - Annual Commitment and Commercialisation Plan, procedures)
- Develop and negotiate the Annual Commitment and Commercialisation Plan with the Distributor Network
- Monitor performance and suggest corrective/preventive actions
- Guide distributors on opportunities for their business
