Distribution Partner Specialist Iquique

We are seeking a Distribution Partner Specialist to join our team in Iquique, Chile. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for developing and supporting a specific unit of our distributor, from local sales managers to salespeople, to ensure excellent execution of our strategy in the Downtrade channel within a designated geographical area.

Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial results: track and ensure compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs) for traditional and wholesale channels, such as Perfect Store, coverage, distribution, share value, and sales targets.
• Implement commercial plans: ensure priorities and agreed-upon conditions are executed correctly at point of sale.
• Build relationships: establish strong connections with distributors at all levels and key clients in the area, generating high commitment to the Red Bull brand.
• Develop teams: train, motivate, accompany, and develop distributor teams to maximise their potential and results.
• Conduct site visits: perform regular commercial coaching and visits to ensure effective implementation of plans.
• Analyse and manage administration: maintain up-to-date administrative reports and use this information to analyse results and develop distributor KPIs.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in the Off Premise channel or in FMCG companies.
• Experience leading, motivating, or developing teams.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in management reporting and budget control.
• Commercial studies at medium or higher level.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to travel approximately 20-30% of the time.
