Human Resources Manager

Joining Razer will place you on a global mission to revolutionize the way the world games. We are looking for a hands-on and driven HR Manager to join our EMEA team, based in Amsterdam. This role will work closely with the EMEA Leadership Team, regional stakeholders, and global functional teams to support regional HR operations and employee lifecycle matters across multiple European markets.

The ideal candidate inclues strong HR operational and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across different countries and stakeholders. They should have a strong working knowledge of EU employment laws, regulations, and HR practices across major European markets.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle matters across multiple EMEAcountries.
• Providing HR support and guidance on employee relations, performance management, onboarding, offboarding, leave management, and policy interpretation.
• Collaborating closely with the EMEA Leadership Team, regional HR leadership, Global HR teams, and cross-functional stakeholders including Finance and Legal to ensure smooth regional HR operations.
• Handling monthly payroll operations across multiple European countries.
• Managing employee administration, benefits, leave reporting, and regional compliance requirements.
• Coordinating with external payroll providers, EoR partners, and consultants as required.
• Coordinating regional recruitment and talent processes across multiple functions and levels.
• Leveraging HR technologies, including Workday, AI tools, and automation solutions to improve workflows, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Supporting and executing regional and global employee engagement and culture initiatives, including company-wide programs and people campaigns aligned with Razer's culture and values.
• Supporting day-to-day workplace operations and office administration for the Amsterdam office.
• Supporting regional and global HR projects, process improvements, and organizational initiatives as assigned.
