Deployment Strategist

Palantir builds the world's leading software for data-driven decisions and operations. As a Deployment Strategist, you'll work with customers to turn their hunches into reality, leveraging data to solve complex problems.

Your mission is to synthesise disconnected streams of thought into a cohesive understanding of the problem, data, product needs, user motivations, and potential impact. You'll work with Engineers, Product Designers, and customer teams to deploy software against pressing global challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with customer analysts to understand their critical questions and pain points
• Identify relevant datasets and work with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate data into a stable pipeline
• Build bespoke workflows for new user groups
• Lead training sessions to ensure the product meets user needs and has a concrete impact
• Present results and proposals to various audiences
• Embed with Software Engineering and Product Design teams to inform cross-Palantir product offerings
• Build and deliver demos to customers
• Scope out potential engagements in new industries and locations

Requirements:

• Security clearance or the ability to obtain one
• Norwegian language fluency
• Experience with programming, scripting, or statistical packages (e.g., Python, R, Matlab, SQL) is a plus
