Description
We are seeking a skilled IMG Material Flow and Packaging Engineer to join our team in Rayong, Thailand. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering minimum 2 assigned MFPE projects per year, proactively engaging in upfront engineering activities, and ensuring effective handover from Advance MFPE to Implementation MFPE for all approved programs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering minimum 2 assigned MFPE projects per year
- Proactively engaging in upfront engineering activities
- Ensuring effective handover from Advance MFPE to Implementation MFPE for all approved programs
- Executing Material Flow & Packaging deliverables aligned with program timing, quality, and cost targets
- Reviewing, evaluating, and validating packaging designs in collaboration with suppliers and study teams
- Ensuring packaging designs are manufacturable, robust, cost-effective, and meet GPP approval requirements
- Developing and executing layout and material flow solutions to ensure efficient, safe, and ergonomic operations
- Leading CLL for enterprise cost optimization
- Ensuring approved funding is utilized efficiently and in line with program assumptions and target date
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong analytical capability, logical thinking, and structured problem-solving skills. You will also need to be able to analyze data, identify root causes, and propose practical engineering solutions. Proficiency in standard computer tools, such as MS Office, and experience with engineering or data tools is a plus.
