Description

We are seeking an AI Process and Automation Specialist to join our studio in Beijing. As an AI Process and Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for deeply integrating cutting-edge AI technologies, such as large language models, automated workflows, and AI agents, into our daily management and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing management and project processes to identify efficiency bottlenecks, information silos, and high-frequency repetitive work.
  • Design, build, and maintain automated project management and internal management workflows using mainstream AI tools and automation platforms (such as Make, Zapier, Coze, Dify, etc.).
  • Write efficient prompts or develop customized AI Bots/Agents for specific work scenarios (such as automatic weekly report generation, contract review, project scheduling, asset management, etc.).
  • Deeply integrate AI tools with our existing project management software (such as Notion, Teambition, Monday.com, Jira, etc.) and communication tools (such as Feishu, Enterprise WeChat, Slack) to achieve data interconnection.
  • Develop AI tool usage specifications, compile operation guides, and train studio internal members to improve everyone's AI literacy and tool usage efficiency.
  • Continuously track the latest AI tools and technology trends, iterate existing automation processes based on team feedback, and ensure system efficiency and stability.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in project management, operation management, or digital transformation, with successful AI automation project cases preferred.
  • Proficient in using mainstream AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.
  • Have a deep understanding of Prompt Engineering and be proficient in using at least one automation or AI orchestration tool such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), Dify, Coze, Flowith, etc.
  • Familiar with agile development, Scrum, or traditional project management processes, and able to clearly define project milestones and delivery standards.
  • Possess strong logical thinking ability and "technical willingness", able to find solutions independently by researching API documents and community discussions.
  • Excellent cross-departmental communication skills, able to translate complex "technical language" into "business language" that teams can understand.
