Key Responsibilities

• Own the content and how well it teaches across every audience and format
• Set and defend the quality bar for scaled education
• Design learning that's beautiful, distinctive, interactive, and increasingly personalized
• Develop and manage the content production system
• Shape how Claude is used in production
• Manage and develop the audience leads and media designers
• Own learning measurement and feedback
• Drive the strategy and execution for localization, globalization, and new audiences

Requirements

• Genuine taste and passion for high-quality content and education
• Experience leading a content, curriculum, or education function at scale
• Ability to manage teams through significant changes
• Experience building systems across cross-functional partners
• Skilled in producing learning across various formats
• Technical background with the ability to read code and coach technical team members
• Strong understanding of measurement and learning science
• Experience working with AI-powered tools like Claude
• Thesis on the future of teaching with adaptive AI tutors

Nice to Have
