Senior Therapist (Internal Applicants only)

We are seeking a Senior Therapist to join our team at Lush Spa Cardiff.

As a Senior Therapist, you will support the Store & Spa Manager in delivering exceptional spa experiences and driving business results.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maximising spa occupancy through effective scheduling
• Leading and motivating a team of therapists and receptionists
• Ensuring high standards of customer service and spa experiences
• Collaborating with local non-spa stores to drive voucher and product sales
• Supporting day-to-day spa operations, including rota management and booking adjustments

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2 years of experience in the spa industry, with a focus on delivering luxury treatments
• NVQ Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent in Holistic Therapy
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
