Job Overview

You will be part of our team in the Algarve, serving as a brand ambassador and helping us establish a presence in Portugal. As a Sales Representative, you will reach out to vacation rental owners, execute sales strategies, and generate sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact vacation rental owners and implement sales strategies to determine if Holidu is the right solution for their needs.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Track your activities rigorously and ensure you meet your monthly targets.
• Conduct regular business trips to your designated regions and gather valuable market insights.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new team members and share your expertise with other international sales teams at Holidu.
• Help organise events to promote Holidu and build a community of hosts.

Requirements

• High level of self-motivation and the ability to persuade hosts over the phone and in person.
• A positive mindset towards new challenges and an empathetic personality that fosters strong interpersonal relationships.
• A solution-driven attitude and the ability to work responsibly and organised.
• Experience in sales or account management, travel industry or online business is preferred but not required.
• Near-native Portuguese skills and fluent English skills.
• Driver's license.
