React Developer

Role Overview

As a React Developer at Capgemini, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining responsive and scalable web applications using React. You will collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications using React and related front-end technologies.
• Build reusable, modular, and scalable UI components.
• Ensure responsive and intuitive user interfaces across all devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs and services.
• Optimize application performance, load times, and user experience.
• Conduct and participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional Agile teams to contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and delivery.
• Ensure solutions comply with security, performance, and quality standards.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience: 4 years to 16 years
• Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern front-end development practices.
• Hands-on experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Flexbox, and responsive design principles.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and JSON data formats.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.
• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
