Description

We are seeking a Counter Manager to join our team at Charlotte Tilbury. As a Counter Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. You will be the ultimate ambassador for the brand, embodying the unique Tilbury vision and values.

You will be a dynamic and inspiring business manager, coaching and supporting your team to achieve sales and operational goals. You will be able to attract and develop top talent, providing training and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and delivering weekly and monthly productivity reports to the Field Sales Manager
  • Contributing to sales success by motivating the team to achieve daily and monthly performance targets
  • Leading and motivating a team of sales associates through personal performance reviews, events, and line management
  • Creating and managing monthly duty rosters, budgets, and payroll forecasts, taking into account economic conditions
  • Working with trade partners and senior stakeholders, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and procedures
  • Monitoring stock levels by managing sales, audits, and inventory analysis to advise the Field Sales Manager proactively
  • Managing personnel, including talent management and succession planning for the team
  • Handling complex HR issues, adhering to company policies and procedures, and seeking guidance when necessary
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes in-store, proactively recruiting top talent, and creating a magical application experience for all interested candidates
  • Identifying training needs for the team in collaboration with the Field Training Manager, providing feedback on progress in areas with development potential
  • Driving performance metrics in your area to achieve market-leading results and maintain top position
  • Ensuring exceptional customer experiences by incorporating the magical service methodology and promoting brand awareness through building lasting emotional connections with customers
  • Managing your own counter metrics and necessary steps to manage future risks and opportunities
  • Planning the calendar year, considering the introduction of new products and the impact of activities/market trends from the previous trading year
  • Taking an entrepreneurial approach by proposing plans, events, and other initiatives to drive business success
  • Adhering to hygiene and safety regulations at work
  • Maintaining a flawless appearance and inspiring team members to show their best side
